Kailoo started in Madrid after years of running real 3D projects, managing real client revisions, and dealing with the same feedback chaos most studios know too well.

The hard part was not creating the visuals.

The hard part was everything that happened after the render was sent: feedback scattered across emails, screenshots, WhatsApp messages, calls, and comments that were difficult to connect back to the right image, version, or revision round.

Generic feedback tools were never built around the way 3D studios work. Render review needs more than a comment box. It needs pinpoint feedback, client clarification, version clarity, and one consolidated place where the studio can understand exactly what needs to change.

So we built Kailoo.

A simple review link for the client. No login, no app, no friction. They pin comments directly on the image, AI helps clarify unclear notes before they submit, and the studio receives one organized action list ready to act on.

Because better feedback does not just save time.
