Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?+
We offer simple monthly billing only. No long-term contracts — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings.
What counts as a 'user'?+
A user is any team member with their own login. Clients you share review links with are never counted as users — they don't need an account.
What happens after the trial?+
Your account and all your projects stay intact. You choose a plan to keep working. Nothing is deleted on day 14, and no card is charged during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no email, no call, no form. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then it's permanently deleted. We'll remind you before that happens.
